Beginnings

Getting a blog off the ground is rather intensive work! And that's just the setting up bit, not even the earning readers part...but here we are, none the worse for wear, and having learned just a smidge about templates and designs and too-complicatedness. Yes, that is now a word.
This, being the first post, will not be overly informative. I'll not be explaining "Why Vegan?" or "What's up with the Almost Vegan thing?"  or sharing information as to nutritional values and ingredients and chemical/biological breakdowns or how things interact with your system or your overall well-being, health, family values, industrialized farming and soil content, or compassion for animals. There will be no quips or sage words of food wisdom, no tips on eating with allergies or how to replace ingredients, no recipes or meal plans or photos. Why? 


Well, you see, I've got this bowl of black bean taco salad waiting for me on the coffee table.
